How Hera helps families

• Education from expert guides to understand what benefits and resources are available to ensure older adults can age safely at home
• Coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and we handle the legwork for our families
• Advocacy to fight for what our families deserve, such as ****getting additional hours approved for care by the MLTC

We meet our families through referral partners: geriatricians and social workers from health systems like Weill Cornell and NYU Langone to independent PCPs.
